Tat, Shipping, Policy

TAT: turn around time. (Made to order time frame) Made to order time frame is 4 weeks from date of ordering unless otherwise stated. Preorder items TAT 5 weeks. Item descriptions say if an item is MTO (Made to order) Preorder or RTS (Ready to ship).

If you place an order that contains an RTS item and a MTO item, the order will ship once MTO items are completed and ready to go.

RTS items: ready to ship. Ready to ship items are ready upon ordering. They ship 5-7 BD after placing an order.

Shipping: I ship USPS. Standard ship time for USPS is usually 5-7 days. Please keep in mind that I do not have control over USPS, therefore, there may be occassional mail delays on there part. Weather and holidays significantly impact USPS delivery. Tracking is always provided upon shipment. Once a package leaves my hands and enters into the hands of USPS it is out of my control for delivery times.

POLICY: Please know and understand that jewelry items are not toys and contain small parts or parts that may be breakable. Always supervise underage children with the jewelry. Never leave a child unattended with jewelry. 

Items are handmade. I do my best to package in a way that prevents damages in the mail. I do not offer returns or exchanges. Once an order is placed the sale is final. If something is wrong or broken please do reach out. I will work with you to find an option that is suitable. I want you to have a great shopping experience and am here to help!
